如何成为税务居民

通常在一年内居住 183 天以上 — 或以下任何一项：

• 在截至纳税年度的任何 12 个月期间内停留超过 183 天
• 吉尔吉斯共和国驻外公务员（视为居民）

主要途径是官方的数字游民身份，允许远程工作者长期居住在吉尔吉斯斯坦（初始 60 天，之后可续签 1 年，最多可续签 10 年），同时为外国客户或雇主在线工作。

税务居民身份完全基于实际居住（183天测试）或在国外的吉尔吉斯公民服务，因此离开吉尔吉斯斯坦并在未达到天数阈值的情况下且不在其公民服务体系内，通常会在没有长期追溯规则的情况下终止税务居民身份。
