如何成为税务居民

多哥似乎没有专门的投资者、数字游民或投资移民途径；外国人通常需要长期居留/移民签证，然后才能获得居留许可，而居留许可通常与工作、学习或家庭原因挂钩。

多哥对居民的全球收入征税，并将税务居民身份与税务住所和六个月的居住期挂钩，因此要终止居民身份，既需要离开，也需要停止拥有税务住所，但没有基于公民身份的征税或明确的多年追溯期。
